To help you get your home ready for summer, here is a list of items to consider:
- Uncover patio furniture, umbrellas, and grills.
- Turn on outdoor showers and spigots.
- Re-open pool/guest houses.
- Schedule window cleaning.
- Schedule grill cleaning.
- Schedule indoor rug and upholstery cleaning.
- Schedule chimney cleaning (recommended annually).
- Power wash decks, walkways, and patio furniture.
- Re-install window screens.
- Schedule service appointments for cars.
- Re-start mail service, cable/internet, garbage, and cleaning service.
- Schedule HVAC system check and filter replacement.
- Check and replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
- Check fire extinguishers are in good working order and not expired.
- Replenish supplies in the first aid kit.
